A Category 4 tornado has just ripped through a major metropolitan area, wreaking havoc. Because of the destructive force of this storm, scores of trees have fallen, power lines dangle dangerously all around, homes and buildings are demolished, and people are injured and in dire need of help. Plus, the storm is not over. It is still on the ground, and barreling toward the next town.
