29: Learning About Geographic Information Systems
When you begin learning about geographic information systems, you really have to be impressed at what they can do. This technology is amazing in its ability to take data about a specific topic, and present it in a visual way, like a map, so that it is more easily understood, and can be used to analyze and make decisions about certain areas or statistics. They are used for making maps and charts for analyzation and the projection of trends. Globes, reports, maps, and charts.

30: GPS Satellite Navigation Unit with 7-inch Touchscreen and FM Transmitter
GPS satellite navigation is a fairly new phenomenon, but it is becoming more popular and cars are now produced with sat nav systems pre-installed. But how does it work? First, satellites are continually broadcasting information concerning their time and location. This data is picked up by the GPS receiver which determines how far away the satellite is based on the length of time it takes for the signal to travel from the satellite to the receiver. The receiver receives and collates information from at least three or four satellites and can therefore calculate its own exact location using this data.
